## What it is

- Lattice Chat: a private chat at https://rathor.ai/chat.html. No login. Sessions are stored on your device (localStorage). Optional passphrase encryption (PBKDF2 + AES-GCM) stays in the browser.

- Outputs are drafts. A human reviews them before filing, sale, or public claims.

## Plain limits

- There is no official or built-in Ra-Thor mode in Grok or on X. Ra-Thor-style answers appear in a Grok chat only when a person pastes a prompt, or opens a shared Grok chat that a person started from such a prompt.
- Not a lawyer, law firm, or certified legal product. Not ISO/IEC 42001 certified. Not EU AI Act conformant.
- Inspect is not METR. Layer 0 is an admission shell, not sampler weights.
- Ra-Thor does not hold funds or keys, does not sign transactions, and does not place trades.
- Powrush-MMO is a separate game repository, not part of this lattice.
- License: AG-SML v1.1. Personal and research use is free. Organization or product use needs a paid commercial license.
